It is extremely tart and not at all sweet. I ended up with my first cup of Wild Sweet Orange due to a mix-up at the store a few years back and it absolutely blew my mind. There are three broad categories of herbal tea that I rely on throughout the Fall, Winter, and early Spring:1) Citrus and lemongrass2) Rose hips and hibiscus3) ChamomileFor me, Tazo has held first place in each of these categories for the last several years. I happen to love tart, fruity herbal teas and this recipe is so closely tuned to my tastes I could swear that the good people at Tazo had consulted a sample of my DNA during the design process.I actually never expected to like it, since I don't drink orange-flavored teas as a rule; they're generally too sweet and mellow for my tastes. The flavor profile is complex and I never get tired of drinking it.If you like tart, fruity, teas then put down that cup of Lemon Zinger and give Wild Sweet Orange a try. This is no small feat - I'm cutthroat when it comes to my tea collection. Wild Sweet Orange is by far the best citrus and lemongrass tea I have ever had.For those of you who have never tried it, do not be mislead by the name.
It's very tart. Also, this tea tastes more like lemon than orange which I should have known based on the first ingredient being Lemon grass.
Will likley just have to throw this out. Really not happy with this at all.
I'm not sure why they would call this Wild Sweet Orange. Even with a packet of sugar it still wasn't sweet.
If you don't mind a tart lemony, citrus essence tea it might be okay for you but not what I was expecting at all based on the description. It's not sweet at all.

It totally lives up to the colorful, yummy words on the little packet.This is what's written on the packet: "Imagine the invigorating bite of a sweet orange in a market in Marrakesh and you get some sense of the taste of Tazo Wild Sweet Orange tea." I must say it tastes even better than described. I highly recommend this tea. I don't drink much tea, except for sweet tea when I eat out, or my own Mint tea made from my herb garden. I was really pissed off that I only had one bag, so I looked it up online and ordered four boxes so I won't have to worry about running out again.The ingredients listed are: lemongrass, blackberry leaves, citric acid, rose hips, spearmint leaves, orange peel, safflowers, hibiscus flowers, rose petals, natural orange essence, ginger root and licorice root."It's also caffeine-free. I'm even going to try it cold when I get my "stash" in the mail. I've been sick with a horrible cold and sore throat and was rummaging through my drawer of tea bags late last night and found a Tazo sampler I'd had for years. I tried this flavor, Wild Sweet Orange, and fell instantly head-over-heels in love.
I haven't tried it iced, but I'd bet it will make a great iced drink.I found this at a conference and couldn't find in local shops, so I was pleased to find it available here. If you like the taste of sour orange then this is the drink for you. It is really good both plain as a tangy hot drink, or sweetened.
By far the best tea I have ever had. I'm not a tea fan, but this orange tea is sooo good.
